Child's First Ball Sewing Kit
Sew 3 soft felt panel balls stuffed with pure wool for baby. An older child can fill with rice or dried beans and use for juggling. Kit includes our Plant-Dyed 100% Wool Felt in a generous assortment of colors, cotton sewing floss, clean stuffing wool, pattern and instructions for 3 small balls, plus templates for making larger size balls. Card Games from England
We had to search far and wide to uncover these exclusive treasures! I love the precious illustrations by Alison Uttley and Racey Helps.
Woodland Snap is an exciting game played similar to Slap Jack except players need to be quick to call SNAP! when a matching card turns up. Ages 4 and up.
Woodland Happy Families is played like Fish with the additional good manners rule of saying please and thank you when requesting cards. Ages 4 and up.
Little Grey Rabbit players collect counters as they follow the simple instructions written on the cards, great for emerging readers ages 7 and up.

Crow Call and Wooden Whistle
Both are carved out of North Idaho forest branches by a local family. Each is different. Our 5" long Crow Call comes from an American Folk tradition and is actually a wooden reed type horn that makes an amazingly crow-like caw. The Wooden Whistle is 3.5" long and is just loud enough to call the dog home for dinner.

Wooden Sewing Needles
Exclusively ours! It's so nice to finish up your knitted and crocheted projects with these special wooden needles. A natural version of a metal or plastic yarn needle. You'll find they are a wonderful alternative for children as they provide great sensory feedback and the blunt tip alleviates any worry of getting pricked. Children can use one for sewing on burlap or through old sweaters or thread one with yarn and punch holes into our wool felt. Great ways to practice sewing skills. Soft, sturdy and easy to use this hand-made tool is a pleasure to work with and truly one-of-a-kind. Ages 7 and up.
