Cotton Flannel
Baby soft 100% cotton double napped flannel gets softer with every washing. Ideal for lightweight receiving blankets, pillows, doll blankets, or use as backing to a silk blanket. Other creative uses include sewing and stuffing with wool to make a soft ball or bunting doll or create a simple knotted doll for your baby's first doll.


Wool Fleece Batting for lap or crib quilts
Buy 4 yards of flannel (for each side of your blanket) and one clean, carded pure wool batting in this size and you can quickly and easily make a warm, cozy, and natural little lap or crib blanket for yourself or a child.

Cotton Gauze Building Cloths
A sheer yet durable fabric, in soft pastels with a translucent quality. Available in your choice of Rainbow or solid colors. These large play cloths are versatile and popularly used for covering play stands, draping windows, dressing up, and building colorful forts. Use together with our wood Play Clips. Plenty big at 50"x70" - 100% cotton. Ages 3 and up.

Please note: Because it is such an open weave fabric, Gossamer Gauze is not recommended for rough play. A simple alternative for any swashbucklers you might know is our more tightly woven Undyed Cotton Gauze or Gauzy Chiffon Silk, both readily accept dyes.
