Online ordering vs. phone ordering: The best way to ensure quick delivery of your order is to place it online. The orders go directly into our system allowing for faster order processing and packing. Please note! Online ordering is the only way to take advantage of shipping specials and promotional codes. If you are new to online shopping, you can scroll down this page for detailed instructions.
Phone order: If online ordering is not an option for you, we do accept phone orders. Please have your order list prepared in advance. School phone orders are welcome. Please note! Phone orders do not qualify for shipping specials and promotional codes.

Please allow time to receive your order. If your order has shipped, a tracking number was emailed to you. Find out more about time in transit and

Phone contact: If you get our voice mail we are either packing orders or are on the phone. It is
very important you leave a message if you wish to speak with us. Voice mail is checked periodically during the work day and calls are returned the same or next business day whenever possible.

How to Order Online
How to order online: We accept online orders and credit card payments through our secure online order processor. Please use the order buttons to add items to your shopping cart. Once in the cart, you may adjust the quantity of your items then click the "change the quantity" arrow to apply your changes. When you are ready to check out, please select the "View Order" link to be taken to your shopping cart where you can select "Check Out".
Payment options: When checking out you will be given several different payment options including the option to ship the order to an address other than your billing address. You can also download and print out an order form to mail with a check or money order, drawn on US Funds, payable to "A Child's Dream Come True". Please note that payment by check can delay an order by two weeks.
Submitting your order: Please review your order and information carefully to make sure it is correct then click the Submit button. An order confirmation will be emailed to you immediately. Please, review this confirmation as well and reply to us right away with any corrections.

Out-of-Stocks: We do our best to keep all products in stock and our website up-to-date. In the event part of your order is not available we will e-mail or phone you so you can either cancel the item or select another item. We do not split ship orders.
Idaho deliveries: are subject to sales tax.
Return Policy ~ for exchange or credit only
Prior to ordering: Please call or email us if you have any questions about our products before placing your order. Unless we made an error, your return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and non-discounted shipping charges.
30-Day Exchange Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will promptly replace, exchange or arrange for store credit for your return. You must call within 5 days for a return authorization number and pertinent shipping instructions. We must receive your return in the original, like-new condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
If your order qualified for a shipping discount your return may result in you being charged a non-discounted shipping rate and reduce the dollar amount of your exchange or store credit.
15% Restocking Fee: Please order carefully. A 15% restocking fee is applied to cut felt, fabric and materials. This includes but is not limited to: Silk Yardage, Cotton Gauze, Cotton Skin Tone Knit, Felt, Velour, and Tubular Gauze/Stockinette.
Non-returnables: Opened, used or damaged items; Books and Patterns; Cds; Flutes, Whistles, and Crow Calls; Needles and Hooks, sale items; and items that have absorbed smoke or odors.
Return Shipping: We will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include a description of the damage with your return.
