Thank you for supporting our family operated cottage industry. We genuinely appreciate your patronage! Due to our size, we often find ourselves "wearing many hats" and may not be able to answer every phone call so, if you get our voice mail, please leave a message so we can call you back as soon as possible.

Our Sandpoint Store and Customer Service hours are 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday, Pacific Time. However, it's not unusual to reach someone outside of these hours, especially September through December.  When leaving a message let us know if you need a call back during non-business hours and be sure to indicate the time zone from which you're calling. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Phone Orders: If we are unable to take your call, you may safely leave your order on our voice mail. Be sure to indicate your billing and shipping addresses if they are different. We'll also need item numbers and names. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Give the credit card number, expiration date, and the 3-digit security code number from the back (last 3 numbers in signature strip). AMEX security code is the non-raised 4-digits on the front of the card.

Faxed or Mailed Orders: Orders may be placed online and printed out for faxing or mailing. Select the appropriate order form when checking out.

EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTIONS:

UPS 3-Day Express Delivery is available on orders of in-stock merchandise for delivery in the continental U.S. Some items cannot be expressed. The price indicated when checking out includes an additional minimum shipping charge of $8.00.  Boxes that are large or lightweight for their size (typically this applies to wool) are charged even more depending on their dimensional weight. We will contact you if fee is higher.

Your order will leave by the following business day unless we are closed. Allow 3 business days after leaving us for guaranteed delivery. Please provide a correct and complete physical street address including apartment, suite, or floor number for this service - otherwise there is a $10 UPS surcharge.

UPS 2-Day Express Delivery is also available.  Please contact us for details.

Overnight delivery is available to some areas. Orders must be placed by noon Pacific Time. Please contact us for details.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL USA:

Canada, AK, HI, US Protectorates and APO orders will be charged actual shipping cost when it exceeds our minimum charge. The cost of insurance will be added if the value of the order warrants.

Outside the USA (with the exception of Canada) will be charged actual shipping cost, when it exceeds our minimum, plus a $2.00 handling fee. The cost of insurance will be added if the value of the order warrants. We ship by Global Air Mail.

Please note, the shipping fee indicated online when checking out is just an estimate, the actual price is often times less depending on weight, size of box and value of order.  Estimating high with the ability to adjust the total downward helps us get your order on its way quicker. If the cost to ship is more than indicated, we will contact you and wait for a reply before shipping

MISC:

Idaho deliveries subject to sales tax.

Out-of-Stocks: We do our best to keep all products in stock and our website up-to-date.  In the event part of your order is not available we will e-mail or phone you so you can either cancel the order or select another item.

Styrofoam Packing Peanuts used in shipping are recycled from local merchants.  Please, reuse them or call the Plastic Loose Fill Council toll-free at (800) 828-2214 for businesses in your area who will recycle them. Or simply check with a mailing store in your community.

OUR GUARANTEE: We thank you for your order and hope that everything is as you expected and meets with your approval. Our wish is for you to be happy with your purchase so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please call us right away so we may promptly replace or exchange the item, arrange for in-house credit or merchandise refund.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY:  We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You must call within 5 days for a return authorization number and the correct return address. We kindly request that you do not ship to our P.O. Box.  When your return is received within 30 days in original condition we will credit your account less shipping charges. We may charge a restocking fee. Please understand we cannot accept returns for opened or used items, body care products, CDs, tapes and sale items.

Shop Our Sandpoint Store

Our primary function is serving our mail order and online customers . However, we have a little shop adjacent to our warehouse that is open when we are here shipping orders. Hours vary by season and are listed below.

In addition to the online selection, you'll find Ostheimer wood toys and figures, Family Pastimes co-operative games, as well as other treasures and delights.  We hope to see you if you pass through our neck of the woods!

We're in The Michigan Street Center, 1/2 block east of Division and Sandpoint High School.

Directions:  Turn north off of Hwy. 2 at the intersection of Hwy. 2 and Division (right if coming from downtown Sandpoint or left if coming from Dover). Turn right at the first street which is Michigan. Go 1/2 block to the Michigan Street Center and turn right. Our unit is located on the left, look for the purple sign.

2008 Holiday Closure Days: Memorial Day- May 23 through May 26; Independence Day-July 4; Labor Day-September 1; Thanksgiving-November 27 & 28; Christmas-December 24 through December 28; New Years & Inventory- December 31 through January 5, 2009.

Online Order Pick-Up: Order online anytime and pick-up your order during our open hours. Allow up to 2 business days to process the order. We will notify you by email as to when the order will be ready. If you'd prefer a phone call, just let us know.
