LOCAL PICK-UP - Free
Order and prepay online: In the Ship To field, put your local address or our store address (214 Cedar St., Sandpoint, ID 83864) for sales tax purposes. Select Free Local Pick-Up for your delivery option. We schedule pickup Monday-Friday during business hours, even when we're closed to the public. So let us know what's convenient for you!
We can only accomodate shoppers and visitors when we are open so if you pick up when we are closed we can hand you your package but cannot accept payment. Thank you for understanding.

METHOD: USPS or UPS depending on destination, value and weight. If you have a PO Box, please enter both that and your physical address in the shipping address section to make certain you receive your package
STANDARD DELIVERY TIME: Most orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days and usually arrive within 2-7 business days after shipping so it is best to allow a total of 4-10 business days for delivery. Please, look for an email with a tracking number once the order has shipped. Allow additional time for Standard Delivery during the holidays.
Sometimes an order will experience delays. If you must have your order in 4 business days, please scroll down for our "USA 3-DAY" option.
OVERSIZED, BULKY, EXTRA-HEAVY ORDERS: Oversized orders including bulky or extra-heavy packages ship by dimensional weight and are surcharged by our carriers. Generally this applies to orders that include Eco-Wool, felting & spinning fibers, and/or extra-long or large quantities of fabric or supplies. When the total fee exceeds what you see at checkout you will be charged actual shipping plus a $2 handling fee. If it is more than $5 extra we will contact you by email or phone for approval and payment prior to shipment.

If you must have your items within 4 business days or by a certain date, just leave a note in the comments box at checkout and select USA 3-DAY as your shipping option. Please read below for all the details.
USA 3-DAY (4 BUSINESS DAYS): Your order will ship via UPS 3-Day Select Service. UPS counts the day after shipment as day one. Your order will arrive on day three barring inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances. This service is only available in the lower 48 United States.
ORDER TIME: You must order by 11AM Pacific Time for guaranteed same day shipping and select this option during checkout. Orders received after that time will ship the following business day.
RATES: The rates quoted during checkout are estimates only. If the shipping charges exceed these estimates you will be contacted for approval and additional payment prior to shipment. If we cannot reach you, your order will be delayed so please give a daytime phone or daytime email where we can reach you promptly.
If the charge is less than the estimate, we will ship the order, charging you that estimated shipping rate.
ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS: Please provide a correct and complete physical street address including apartment, suite, or floor number. You will be charged for any address correction costs if the address provided is incorrect. Please, take the time to enter the information in carefully.
UPS 2-DAY & OVERNIGHT: Leave a note when checking out and have your order in by 11 AM Pacific Time.
A NOTE ABOUT OUR PACKING MATERIALS
Your order might come in a clean recycled box. If "packing peanuts" are in your order, please be assured we did not purchase them. They are recycled from local merchants. Please, reuse them or call the Plastic Loose Fill Council toll-free at (800) 828-2214 for businesses in your area who will recycle them or simply check with a mailing store in your community.
